It should be easier to be unemployed. At least that is what Dansk Metal thinks. Easier, so you can focus on the things that matter - such as getting a new job and improving your qualifications. That’s why Dansk Metal has developed the app, Mit Metal.

Dansk Metal and the design agency 1508 has developed the concept and the design. Netcompany and Signaturgruppen is responsible for the backend. And we have developed the iPhone and Android app - in close collaboration with Dansk Metal.

In the first version of the Mit Metal app, the focus is on unemployed Dansk Metal members. As an unemployed person, you have to meet a series of requirements. By only presenting the necessary information and by showing a timeline, it is very easy to get an overview. The goal of the app is to remove the bureaucracy and noise - and instead deliver overview and clarification.

The primary functionality in the first version of the app is:

• Timeline showing the most important appointments and events
• Easy access to JobLog
• Easy access to Dansk Metal Mail and other systems
• Send in documents
• Search jobs
• Push notifications and reminders
