Creating an MLP (most lovable product!). Bulder Bank is a challenger of traditional banking in Norway, offering a fully digital and app-only bank built for customers who want big savings and prefer to do everything on their app.
The challenge was to build a banking app that Norwegians could fully trust and benefit from the perks of high-yield saving accounts and one of the best housing mortgages in the market - and automatically adjusted for the lowest rent possible.
Magic in the right moments. In 2019, along with Bulder and designers from Stacc, a team at Shortcut developed, built and tested the entire architecture for the iOS app in Google Firebase from scratch in less than six months.
The approach to success was to Build The right thing, then build the thing right. Bulder boliglån has helped more than 30,000 customers all around Norway switch their house mortgages through the app. No manuals are needed, just smooth app development and design.
