500.000 users can now forget their car keys
The app is a handy help for customers who need to file a claim when something has happened to their car. Instead of spending time filling out paper forms and speaking with agents on the phone, the app provides a seamless experience.
A digital eye-opener
Digitalizing isn’t only about moving existing processes from paper onto a screen. It’s about asking ‘why’? And so, auditing the claims management workflows, we found out that just as a lot of unnecessary questions could easily be avoided a lot of approvals could easily be automated. Boom.
Machine learning gave a world record
Our UX/UI and service design was integral towards building a platform able to automatically approve over 80 % of the claims using machine learning. This led to a world record for the fastest insurance claim with just 1.3 seconds processing time. The Gjensidige app is currently used by more than 500,000 customers.
